Richland County School District One is seeking to prequalify firms for supplying and installing weight room equipment and related services for select high schools. - Government Buyer: - Richland County School District One, Procurement Services (Contact: Lauren Wise) - Scope of Work: - Supply and installation of a wide range of weight room equipment, including: - Double half racks with chin-up bars - Rack weight storage connectors with holes - Bolt-on dual storage tubes - Multi storage hooks - Dumbbell benches and trays - Tsunami bars - Linear bearing leg press machines - Adjustable decline benches - Seated-calf and hip thrust machines - Lateral pulldown with row attachments - Kettle balls with storage - Bumpers/change plates, bands, medicine balls, slam balls, foam rollers, plyo cubes - Sports flooring (Resistance Fitness System or approved equivalent) - Installation services for all equipment - Post-installation inspections at 3, 6, and 12 months (no cost to district) - Educational resources and training workshops for coaching staff (no cost to district) - Requirements: - Equipment must be manufactured in the U.S. and supplied by authorized vendors - Vendors must have at least five years of experience and provide references - Contractors must provide warranties on equipment - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named; equivalent products may be considered - This is a multi-term contract (initial one-year term, with automatic one-year renewals, up to three years) - Prequalification does not guarantee award; it establishes a pool for future solicitations
