The City of Mississauga is seeking qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive consulting services for the design and implementation of the Mississauga Celebration Square Revitalization project. The selected firm will act as the prime consultant responsible for all sub-consulting services including engineering, building envelope design, building code expertise, interior design, furniture selection, space planning, accessibility design, landscape design, and cost estimating. The project involves planning, coordinating, designing, producing contract documents, and administering the construction contract. The anticipated construction cost is approximately $35,000,000 excluding net HST. The construction will be managed under the CCDC 5B – 2010 Construction Management Contract with City amendments.
