Description

The State of Iowa is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide a comprehensive water chemical treatment and services program for the Iowa Medical Classification Center (IMCC). The Contractor shall furnish all chemicals, labor, equipment, testing supplies, training, monitoring, and corrosion protection for the facility’s boiler, steam and condensate return, chilled water, and cooling tower systems. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the IMCC facility in Coralville, IA. Attendance at the site visit is required to be eligible to submit a bid. The contract term begins August 1, 2026, and ends July 31, 2027, with possible extensions up to five years by mutual agreement.
