The City of Thousand Oaks is planning the installation of 17 new streetlights along a segment of Avenida De Los Arboles, west of Highway 23, to improve nighttime visibility for pedestrians, bicyclists, motorists, and residents. The project includes installing approximately 3,650 linear feet of underground conduits, pullboxes, and restoring existing facilities in preparation for streetlight construction by Southern California Edison (SCE). Additionally, a full-width street overlay of about 9,100 square feet on Calle Abedul will be performed after trenching and conduit installation to meet pavement standards.
