Merced County is soliciting sealed proposals for up to two separate Job Order Contracts (JOCs) involving repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, and demolition work on buildings, offices, facilities, structures, infrastructure, or other real property. Each JOC is a competitively bid, unit price, indefinite quantity contract with a maximum value of $6,402,606 and a duration of 12 months. Contractors must have a Class A license at the time of contract award and comply with various requirements including payment and performance bonds, use of Gordian's JOC Solution, and prevailing wage rates. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and bids must be submitted by July 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time.
