Description

The Civic Center Green Stormwater Infrastructure Project is a multi-phase project to build green stormwater infrastructure to treat many of the campus parking lots. Phase 1 includes construction of two bioretention systems adjacent to the Civic Center “panhandle” parking lot located south of the Marin County Corporation Yard at 4 Peter Behr Dr. San Rafael, CA. There is a mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for July 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Civic Center Campus.
