The City of Foster City is seeking qualified consulting firms to submit Statements of Qualifications to perform planning services on development applications and long-range planning projects on an on-call basis. The scope includes processing development applications, architectural review, CEQA implementation, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Selected consultants may also assist with long-range planning initiatives. The City plans to select at least three consulting firms for on-call agreements with a term of three years plus an optional one-year extension.
