Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in support of CSOSA's mission to provide Psychotherapeutic and Counseling Services.

The scope of work for this acquisition is to obtain Psychotherapeutic Services, specifically, evidence-based Trauma, Violence & Victimization, Psychotherapy, and Therapeutic Relationship Group Therapy sessions; with Individual Psychotherapy sessions as requested or needed basis.

The Contractor will perform the work under the forthcoming solicitation at CSOSA’s designated facilities located in the Washington D.C. and remotely via a telehealth system, as approved by the Government.

No Set aside used.  The RFP will be advertised as under NAICS code 621330, Offices of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians). The resultant award is anticipated to be a total of 5 years (one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods). A formal solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around July 6, 2026.
