Description

The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Knox intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide boxed noon meals (sub sandwiches) to applicants processing through the Fargo Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) in accordance with the attached Product and Delivery Specification. The Fargo MEPS is located at 657 2nd Avenue North, Fargo, North Dakota 58102. The delivery schedule period of performance is 1 September 2026, or date of contract award, whichever is later, through 31 August 2027, with two one-year option periods. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS 311991 (Size Standard: 700 employees) applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal. The RFQ will be posted to the SAM.gov website on or about 23 June 2026 with quotes due on or about 21 July 2026 by 10:00 AM Eastern Time. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Vendors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed quotes or amendments will not be accepted.
