Solicitation Number: N6523626QE262Title: Product maintenance and support for the Agile Communications NetRAT-HH Systems The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’sIntent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Agile Communications for the maintenance and support for the existing purchased Agile Communications NetRAT-HH. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Agile Communications under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). No other company can provide the compatible software for the existing systems. The NAICS Code is 541519 and the Business Size Standard is small.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it canfulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module by 07/17/2036.
