Hennepin County is soliciting bids for a contract to supply, remove, and replace old guardrails and install new ones as necessary at eight locations along four different County State Aid Highways (CSAH) in the cities of Plymouth, Dayton, Minnetonka, and Minnetrista. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and supervision to complete the guardrail rebuild projects.
