Westmoreland County is soliciting sealed bids for cleaning services for Magisterial District Justice (MDJ) offices located within Westmoreland County. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller by 2:00 P.M. on August 4, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. on the same day. Bidders are required to coordinate site visits to survey the offices by contacting the Magisterial District Court Administrator. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, address, and the designation for the bid. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality in the bids.
