Description
The City of Houston's Human Resources Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide enterprise-wide employee engagement survey and organizational action planning services. This initiative supports the City's Involve & Evolve (I&E) Employee Engagement Survey program and aims to increase participation beyond the current 29% response rate while enhancing employee communication, outreach, and post-survey action planning efforts. The vendor will partner with the City to deliver a comprehensive, data-driven approach that improves employee engagement, supports leadership decision-making, and drives organizational improvements across departments. The contract is for an initial term of three years with two one-year renewal options, for a maximum of five years.
