Description

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), is submitting an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance. This notice allows an additional 30 days for public comments on the myE-Verify Program, which enables workers in the United States to verify and correct their employment eligibility information before a hiring decision is made.
