Description
This notice announces the postponement of the preliminary determination in the less-than-fair-value investigation of large diameter graphite electrodes from the People's Republic of China. The investigation is conducted by the International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce. The preliminary determination deadline is extended to no later than September 22, 2026, to allow sufficient time for collecting and analyzing questionnaire responses. The final determination deadline will be 75 days after the preliminary determination unless postponed further.
