Description
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has submitted a request for extension of the previously approved collection of information for Form N-Q under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Form N-Q was used by registered management investment companies to file reports of portfolio holdings at the end of the first and third quarters each fiscal year. The SEC rescinded Form N-Q effective August 1, 2019, as the portfolio information is now included in Form NPORT, which is filed monthly.
