Description

The Office of Family Assistance, Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is proposing to collect data for state requests of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Contingency Fund provisional payments through the TANF Contingency Fund Application. This proposed information collection will standardize the mechanism through which states request provisional payments monthly.
