Description

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to modify and republish a system of records previously titled "OPM/Central-9, Personnel Investigations Records," renaming it to "OPM/Central-9, OPM Suitability Adjudications Files." This modification reflects the transfer of background investigation records to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), leaving OPM to maintain only suitability adjudication, action, and appeals records.
