Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada. The investigation period covers January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. The scope includes all grades and granulation sizes of citric acid, sodium citrate, and potassium citrate in unblended forms, blends where these constitute 40% or more by weight, and certain forms of crude calcium citrate. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. The final determination will be aligned with the final antidumping duty determination scheduled for no later than November 2, 2026.
