The U.S. Air Force at Robins Air Force Base is seeking contractor support for depot consumable parts processing and disposal (DEMIL) services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC), OBW - Services Requested: - Collection, staging, processing, and transportation of non-serviceable or condemned parts from maintenance to a staging area and then to Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Service (DLADS) - Material handling, segregation by DEMIL code, and preparation of turn-in paperwork (DD Form 1348-1) - Supervisory personnel at WS/WG-6907-09 level to oversee operations and enforce safety compliance - Airfield/flightline driving and equipment operation training and authorization for contractor staff - Authoring, maintaining, and updating a DEMIL Operations Guide specific to the site - Development of a Transition-Out Plan for contract closeout and handover - Implementation of a safety and health program compliant with OSHA, DOT, and DoD standards - Monthly reporting of incoming/outgoing materials (with part numbers and dates) and activity reports - Products/Equipment: - Contractor must provide all vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including trucks, trailers, forklifts, and dollies for on-base use - Personnel: - Approximately six full-time equivalent staff required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All contractor personnel must have proper training and permits for airfield operations - Mandatory PPE and safety training - Initial DEMIL Operations Guide due within 90 days of award, with annual updates - Transition-Out Plan required 180 days before contract end, including a 30-day shadowing period - Monthly detailed reporting on materials and personnel activity - No specific OEMs or part numbers are listed; the focus is on service delivery and compliance with safety and reporting standards.

Description

The Government is conducting market search to meet the requirement of the Consumable Parts Processing and Disposal (DEMIL) Support Services. The contract shall include collection, staging, processing, and transportation of non-serviceable/condemned parts from maintenance to a staging area and ultimately to DLA Disposition. Approximately six (6) full-time equivalent (FTE) personnel will be required for the WR-ALC, Workload & Analysis Branch (WR-ALC/OBW) at Robins Air Base (AFB), GA.  Our acquisition strategy is a three-year service contract consisting of a basic year plus two one-year options.
