Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking proposals for comprehensive property and facility management services for Rest Areas, Truck Parking, and Welcome Center Facilities. The contract period extends from the fully executed agreement through September 30, 2029, with up to two 1-year renewal periods. A pre-proposal conference will be held via teleconference on June 15, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS MOVERS or by mail, with hard copy proposals requiring prior notification five days before the closing date.
