Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified consultant to provide construction engineering and inspection services for the Harlem Heights Community Drainage Improvements Project. The project is funded in part or in whole by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program. Consultants must comply with federal grant requirements including 2 CFR part 200 and 24 CFR part 570. Proposals must be submitted by July 28, 2026, and will be publicly opened at the Lee County Procurement Management Division office.
