The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals for the supply, installation, and ongoing support of provincial angiography imaging systems to modernize and standardize equipment across multiple sites. - Government Buyer: - Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) - Products & Services Requested: - Approximately 46 angiography imaging systems - Includes imaging hardware, detectors, workflow software, workstations, control units, integration interfaces (PACS/RIS compatibility), integrated ultrasound/agnostic integration capability, and compatible operating room tables - Installation and commissioning services - Site assessment, planning, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, calibration, commissioning, and acceptance testing - Training services - On-site and/or virtual training for clinical and technical staff, training materials, ongoing access to updates - Maintenance and support services - Warranty, preventative maintenance, break/fix repair, remote technical support, optional extended service agreements - Lifecycle management services - Software updates/upgrades, obsolescence and replacement planning - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Mandatory compliance with Canadian healthcare standards, including Medical Device Licenses, Canadian Food & Drugs Act, and CAN/CSA electrical certification - Emphasis on system uptime, response times, and supply continuity for up to 6 months post-contract expiry - Vendors must provide detailed proposals including pricing, qualifications, and service capabilities - Phased procurement and deployment over a 5-year term with two optional 1-year extensions - OEMs & Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors named; solicitation is open to qualified suppliers

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for the supply, installation, and ongoing support of angiography imaging systems across multiple provincial sites. The current angiography equipment is nearing end-of-life and will no longer be serviceable or supported, posing a risk to patient care and service continuity. SHA requires a standardized, modern solution to support minimally invasive interventional procedures in Saskatoon, Regina, and other potential sites, ensuring consistency of care, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. The intent is to establish a multi-year contract with one or more vendors for phased procurement and deployment. Proposals that do not meet the Mandatory Requirements will be disqualified.
