Erie County is seeking bids for the inspection and cleaning of sanitary sewers in Mini System 13 under ECSD No. 3, Contract No. 90. - Government Buyer: - County of Erie, Division of Purchase - Contact: JAMES D. KUCEWICZ, BUYER - Scope of Work: - Heavy cleaning and closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection of approximately 31,000 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewers - Heavy cleaning and CCTV inspection of approximately 681 linear feet of 12-21 inch diameter sanitary sewers - Mobilization (capped at 4% of contract value) - Maintenance and protection of traffic, including traffic control plans and permits - Contingency allowance for unforeseen work - Requirements: - Compliance with New York State Prevailing Wage laws - MWBE/SDVOB participation goals - Certified payrolls submitted monthly - Confined space program certification - Bypass pumping may be required - Site visits available by request through the Engineer - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - All work must be completed within 120 days from Notice to Proceed; contract allows for extensions and change orders as needed

This solicitation is for the inspection and cleaning of sanitary sewers in Mini System 13 under ECSD No. 3, Contract No. 90. The work includes heavy cleaning and CCTV inspection of sanitary sewers with diameters of 8 inches and 12-21 inches, mobilization, maintenance and protection of traffic, and a contingency allowance. Bidders are required to submit bids by July 21, 2026, at 10:00 am. Site visits are available by request through the Engineer, and detailed bid specifications are provided in the attached documents.
