Description

Sealed proposals are invited for the renovation of a 10,481 square foot existing two-story building located at 1208 E. Main Street, Havelock, North Carolina. The project scope includes selective demolition, new finishes, new steel stud walls, installation of a new elevator and masonry elevator shaft, and replacement of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. Minor site work to existing parking areas and sidewalks is also included. Bids will be received for Single Prime Contracts and must be submitted as lump sum proposals.
