The U.S. Embassy Paris, under the Department of State, is seeking to procure one small-size full electric sedan for its mission in France. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Paris, Contracting Officer: Craig N. Deatrick - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) small-size full electric sedan (left-hand drive, 5 doors, automatic transmission) - Must meet French market specifications - 48-50 kWh battery - Black metallic exterior paint - Safety features: LED lights, blind spot system, rearview camera, parking sensors, lane assist, and more - Connectivity: Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, navigation system - Preparation package including vehicle cleaning, pre-delivery testing, and at least 10 liters of gasoline - Notable Requirements: - Delivery to the FAC section in Paris within 210 calendar days of award - Vehicle must comply with French regulations and market standards - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; any manufacturer meeting the technical requirements is eligible - Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror - Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required

Description

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the acquisition of one small-size full electric sedan  for the U.S. Mission, Paris, France.

The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
