Description

The City of Santa Ana, on behalf of the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area (ASAUA), is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations to provide five county-wide CERT Mutual Aide Program (CMAP) Exercise Drills. These drills are part of the ASAUA Homeland Security Regional Training and Exercise Program, designed to provide regional training and exercises aligned with the ASAUA Homeland Security Strategy. The exercises must address the unique needs of a high-density, high-threat urban area and assist in building capabilities to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from acts of terrorism. The contract term is anticipated to be three years with possible extensions up to five years total.
