Rowan County is seeking proposals for In-Home Aide Services (Levels I, II, and III) for older adults for Fiscal Year 2027, covering the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The contract term is one year with the possibility of renewal for up to five years based on funding availability. The County may award the contract to one or multiple qualified providers. These services are funded through the Home and Community Care Block Grant (HCCBG).
