The Town of Cary is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide hauling and purchase services of dried biosolids from the South Cary Water Reclamation Facility and the Western Wake Regional Water Reclamation Facility. The solicitation aims to find a vendor to beneficially reuse biosolids pellets as fertilizer products or components that provide nutrient value for agricultural, turfgrass, and landscape applications. The proposal should include a plan for consistency and continuity of services related to the scope of work. Site visits can be scheduled through July 8, 2026, with final questions due by July 10, 2026, and final proposals due by July 22, 2026.
