Description

The City of Moline is seeking bids for the reconstruction of 27th Avenue A, 28th Avenue A, and 30th Street in the Old Oakwood Subdivision. The project includes removal and replacement of PCC pavement on three residential streets, sidewalk replacement, driveway replacement, storm sewer installation, sodding, and related work. The contractor will have 80 working days to complete the project, with contract execution expected at the July 21st, 2026 City Council meeting. Prevailing wages are required as per Illinois law.
