SEPTA is soliciting proposals for Compensation Consulting Services for a two-year term. Proposals must be submitted in two separate parts: Technical Proposal and Price Proposal. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held via Teams on July 2, 2026, and all questions must be submitted in writing by July 9, 2026. The award will be made based on the proposal that best satisfies the intent of the RFP and other factors in the best interests of SEPTA.
