University Health Facilities Management is seeking qualified contractors to provide proposals to conduct a life safety assessment of University Health locations based on NFPA 101:2012 edition of the Life Safety Code, Joint Commission HAP standards, and CMS conditions of participation. The assessment will cover multiple locations including University Health, MAC, MARC, RBG, and TDI. The contract term is initially one year with four optional one-year renewal periods. University Health reserves the right to award to multiple respondents.
