Description
The Department of Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division is seeking a full-service strategic communications firm to develop creative assets, plan and procure advertising spots, message test, and analyze and report on campaign performance. The campaign is to be deployed for one month during Suicide Prevention Month in September 2026. The work is to be performed statewide in Hawaii. Vendors must comply with all applicable state and federal statutes and submit responses through the Hawaii Electronic Procurement System (HIePRO).
