The University of New Mexico's Accelerating Resilience Innovations in Drylands (ARID) Institute is seeking a consultant to collect remote sensing data on methane plumes in the San Juan and Permian basins of New Mexico using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), satellites, and other sources.
