Description
The City of Prince George is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform site preparation, demolition, construction, and building renovations at Joe Martin Field located at Balsum Park, 4055 Balsum Road, Prince George, BC. The project includes demolition of two existing dugouts and two bleachers, construction of two new dugouts, supply and installation of two new 10-row, 24-foot aluminum bleachers, and renovation of the on-site concession building. The City reserves the right to adjust the scope of work as required. The solicitation may lead to negotiations with one or more proponents or the creation of a contract without negotiations.
