Description

Solicitation is in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. RFQ SPE4A8-26-Q-0047. Procurement of COMPONENTS in accordance with Purchase Request 26-65-1107 Dated June 9, 2026. The contractor shall provide Components Parts for Horizontal Boring Machine #1828 following: PN0523191 ACME SCREW, TABLE DRIVE, PN0523192 ACME NUT, TABLE DRIVE SADDLE, PN0523193 ACME SCREW, HEAD ELEVATION, PN0523194 ACME NUT, HEAD ELEVATION, PN0523195 ACME SCREW, END SUPPORT, PN0523196 ACME NUT, END SUPPORT, PN0523197 ACME SCREW, SADDLE SUPPORT, PN0523198 ACME NUT, SADDLE SUPPORT and Shipping. Place Of Performance DLA IPE Services Division Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation is Full and Open Competition. QAP 208a Applies. FOB at Destination with Inspection at Destination and Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be completed within 77 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is Juy 13, 2026.
