Description

The Augusta Engineering & Environmental Services Department seeks construction services for the MSW landfill Phase III, Stage II South Cell 2-Phase 1 at the Deans Bridge Road MSW Landfill. The scope includes earthwork, subgrade preparation, liner system installation, leachate collection system, integration with existing cells, stormwater management, new roadway construction, and sediment and erosion control features. This project continues the permitted footprint of the Deans Bridge Road MSW Landfill Phase III. Bidders must submit sealed proposals by August 6, 2026, with a mandatory pre-bid conference on July 20, 2026.
