Description
Weber County is seeking experienced criminal trial attorneys to serve as indigent defense specialty attorneys. These attorneys will handle homicide, first-degree felony level sex offense, and pattern of unlawful activity cases in the Second District Court, Ogden Department. The specialty attorneys will act as first chair counsel on assigned cases, performing all trial counsel duties from initial appearance through case resolution, excluding capital cases.
