Description
This procurement is for the Independent Commissioning Authority (ICA) for the new Calgary Court of Appeal building project. The ICA will verify all Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Building Envelope, Security, and Acoustic systems and equipment are installed and operating as per the design intent and in accordance with required environmental standards. The ICA will manage the commissioning process from Detailed Design stage to end of Warranty period. The contract duration is estimated to be 54 months, starting from August 31, 2026. The procurement method is competitive open bidding under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
