The City of Merritt is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced companies that are current members of the RCABC to perform roof replacement works at the City of Merritt Civic Centre. The work includes both hot mix asphalt and roof shingle works as detailed in Divisions 1 to 7 and the Contract Drawings in Exhibit A of the RFP. The project location is the Merritt Civic Centre at 1950 Mamette Avenue, Merritt, BC. The contract duration is 3 months, with work commencing no earlier than August 3, 2026, and completion expected by October 16, 2026. The contract will be a CCDC2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as modified.
