The Calgary Board of Education (CBE) is seeking qualified contractors to provide small architectural repair, maintenance, restoration, and renewal services at various CBE-owned and operated facilities. The services include drywall repairs, plaster repairs, vinyl wall covering repairs, glass block repairs, concrete and concrete block repairs, exterior brick and stucco repairs, resilient flooring repairs and replacement, and surface preparation for painting. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, disposal, permits (where required), and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The contract duration is estimated to be 36 months, starting on August 24, 2026.
