The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction, on behalf of the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System and Tarleton State University, is accepting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Agricultural Sciences Building at Tarleton State in Stephenville, Texas. The services include constructability guidance, cost estimates, construction schedules, providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price, and performing complete construction services consistent with the CMAR delivery process.
