The State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget, Division of Facilities Management, is seeking professional services to manage, operate, and repair Parking Garage Facilities owned by DFM. The vendor will provide comprehensive parking facility management, including operational, maintenance coordination, customer service, security oversight, and administrative services. The services must ensure the parking facilities are operated safely, efficiently, and professionally in compliance with all applicable laws and standards. The contract includes furnishing all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, and support to perform the required services.
