The U.S. Secret Service is seeking a vendor to provide tent rental services in Sterling, VA, supporting protective operations over a 30-month Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). - Government Buyer: - United States Secret Service (USSS) - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of three types of tents: - Seasonal Tent: High peak, 30'W x 60'L, with sidewalls and lights, monthly rental (1 maximum) - As Needed Frame Tents: Frame tents (no center pole), with sidewalls and lights, weekly rental - 30'W x 60'L (1 maximum) - 20'W x 60'L x 10'H (1 maximum) - Special Events Tent: High peak, 30'W x 60'L x 10'H, with sidewalls and lights (no center pole), weekly rental (1 maximum) - Decking (hard flooring) for tents, monthly rental (1 maximum) - Installation, maintenance, and removal of tents - On-call service support: Contractor must respond to service calls within two hours - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Rapid deployment capability: Contractor must be able to deploy tents with less than 12 hours' notice - Participation in planning walk-throughs - All tents must include sidewalls and lighting - Firm-fixed pricing at the call order level - BPA ceiling of $260,000 - No specific OEMs or tent manufacturers are named; the opportunity is open to commercial tent rental providers

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0926Q70092765and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Tents Rentals. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective January 17, 2025. This solicitation is Unrestricted (Full and Open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing and (W083 — LEASE OR RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT – TEXTILES, LEATHER, FURS, APPAREL AND SHOE FINDINGS, TENTS AND FLAGS). The anticipated Period of Performance will be July 27, 2026-January 26, 2028. The Government intends to award a 30-month Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from this solicitation.
