The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site SASEBO intends to issue a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan.
In accordance with DFARS 225.1103(3), this procurement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan.
To be eligible for award, offerors must be able to demonstrated their authorization to perform the required work within Japan at the time of proposal submission.
