The 50th Contracting Squadron of the Department of the Air Force is seeking information from vendors for a solid state disintegrator to securely destroy classified electronic media. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 50th Contracting Squadron (FA2550 50 CONS PKP) - Product Requirement: - Solid State Disintegrator (quantity: 1) - Must comply with NSA/CSS standards for sanitizing classified solid state storage devices - Capable of shredding: - Cell phones, tablets, USB/flash/thumb drives, solid state drives (from desktops/laptops) - Circuit boards, SIM cards, EMV/credit/magnetic strip cards - Optical storage devices (CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray disks) - Output material must have a maximum edge size of 2 millimeters or less - Device must operate on single-phase power - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or models are mentioned - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict adherence to NSA/CSS sanitization standards - Versatility to destroy a wide range of solid state and optical media - Single-phase power operation for facility compatibility - This is a sources sought notice to identify capable vendors; not a solicitation or award

This a sources sought only. No award or contract will result from this sources sought. The Government is seeking vendors who are able to provide one disintegrator that meets the minimum of the salient characteristics provided in the attachment.
