Description

The County of Santa Clara is requesting bids to provide and deliver ophthalmic instruments, services, supplies, and accessories to its Valley Specialty Center Ophthalmology Department and other departments. The contract term is three years with the possibility of extension or early termination. The County will issue Contract Release Purchase Orders based on the contract, and prices are firm excluding sales tax. Bidders must submit all required forms and bid on all line items to be responsive. Participation in a non-mandatory pre-bid conference is highly recommended.
