The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW), is seeking to procure a Stryker Operating Table or an equivalent product for the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center operating room renovation. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW), Activations Division - End user: Oklahoma City VA Medical Center, Surgical Cardiac OR, 7th Floor - OEMs and Vendors: - Stryker (primary OEM) - Products/Services Requested: - Stryker Operating Table, Pedestal, 5 Section (Model M9080 or Operon Model D860) - Quantity: 1 - Key features: Electro-hydraulic controls, side rail locking, kidney elevator, radiographic cassette tunnels, 1,100 lb patient weight capacity, various articulation and tilt features, manual override, perineal cut-out, and powered radiolucent kidney elevator - Installation and one-time training for the operating table - Unique or Notable Requirements: - 'Brand Name or Equal'—equivalent products meeting all specifications are acceptable - Delivery and installation required within 60 days after order, during normal duty hours - Installation and one-time training must be provided at the time of installation - Table must be suitable for surgical procedures in a cardiac operating room - Delivery is FOB Destination - No additional training required beyond initial session
