This opportunity is issued by the 14th Contracting Squadron (FA3022 14 CONS LGCA), Air Education and Training Command, Department of the Air Force, at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. - The government seeks qualified contractors for the renovation of the Unaccompanied Officer’s Quarters Commons, Building 972. - Scope of work includes: - Interior demolition and removal of existing finishes - Installation of new partition walls, doors, flooring, and lighting - Upgrades to HVAC systems, including a new air handling unit - Replacement of plumbing fixtures - Construction of a kitchenette and patio extension - All work must comply with Air Force and federal standards - Licensed design professionals and quality control are required - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or product quantities are listed; contractors must supply all materials and equipment. - The government will not provide or salvage any equipment or materials. - All project details and requirements are outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). - The period of performance is 365 days from Notice to Proceed, with staged design submittals and government review. - Unique requirements include adherence to military standards, staged design approvals, and comprehensive project management.

We are seeking sources to complete a Renovation of the Unaccompanied Officer’s Quarters Commons, B972.

The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are able to provide all items/services listed on the SOW. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
