NASA is conducting two related procurements for advanced technical equipment and software to support aerospace research and manufacturing modeling: - Government Buyer: - National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) - NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) - NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) - OEMs and Vendors: - Keysight (manufacturer of Infiniium Oscilloscope) - Simio - An Aegis Company (developer of Simio software and OptQuest add-on) - Products/Services Requested: - Keysight Infiniium Oscilloscope, model DSOS404A/DSOS000-400 - 4 GHz, 4-channel, 400 Mpts/CH memory - Quantity: 1 unit - Simio RPS Edition Software License - Discrete event simulation and manufacturing model assessment - Used by HiCAM Project and Advanced Composites Consortium industry partners - OptQuest Add-on for Simio Software - Optimization tool for composite aircraft production system models - Unique or Notable Requirements: - The oscilloscope is a brand name requirement for Keysight only - Simio software is sole source due to exclusive use by industry partners and need for consistency in modeling - The Simio procurement supports advanced composite aircraft production modeling and risk mitigation - The oscilloscope must be delivered within 4 weeks after order receipt - No payment by credit card for the oscilloscope procurement - Technical details and specifications are referenced in attachments
